Can I switch plans at any time?
Yes. You can upgrade to Pro at any time and get immediate access to all Pro features. When upgrading mid-cycle, you'll be charged the prorated difference. Downgrading takes effect at the start of your next billing period.
What happens if I exceed the free plan limits?
We'll notify you when you're approaching your limits. New posts will be paused once you hit 50 on the free plan. Your existing data and workspace remain fully accessible — you'll just need to upgrade or archive posts to continue.
How does annual billing work?
Annual billing is charged once per year at a discounted rate. The Pro plan is $29/month billed monthly, or $290/year billed annually — saving you $58 per year.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and process payments securely through Stripe. No card details are stored on our servers.
Can I get a refund?
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans. If you're not satisfied within the first 30 days, contact support and we'll issue a full refund.
Is there a trial period for Pro?
The free plan lets you explore Trackelio without any time limit. You can upgrade to Pro whenever you're ready — no trial required.
Do you offer discounts for non-profits or early-stage startups?
Yes. We offer 50% off the Pro plan for verified non-profits and early-stage startups. Contact us with documentation and we'll apply the discount to your account.
