We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We share your information only with service providers who perform services on our behalf, such as Supabase for data storage and Stripe for payment processing.

In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or a portion of our assets, your personal information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you via email or a prominent notice on our website of any change in ownership.

4. Data Security

Trackelio stores all data through Supabase, which uses PostgreSQL with row-level security, encryption at rest, and encryption in transit. Payments are processed securely through Stripe — we never store your full payment card details on our servers.

Despite our efforts, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee the absolute security of your information but are committed to protecting it to the best of our ability.

In the event of a data breach that affects your personal information, we will notify you and any applicable regulators as required by law.

5. Cookies & Tracking

Trackelio uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to collect and track information about your activity on our service. Cookies are small data files stored on your device that help us maintain your session and improve your experience.
